All appointments require a card on file. After scheduling your appointment you will be sent instructions on pre care, consent forms if applicable and confirmation email. If card is not on file appointment will be cancelled after 24 hr.
Should you need to reschedule, please let us know 24 hr. in advance for now penalties. If you No show or fail to let us know by the above time frame you will be charged 75% of the service you booked.
Automatic 15% service fee will be applied to the total of the service which covers the estheticians pay.
Same day bookings cut off time at 12pm. If you miss the cut off but we have open availability you can email or text and we can see if we can get you in for your appointment.
